  • 1 lb. Boneless Chicken
  • (Cut in 1inch cubes)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Zen All in 1 Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Corn Flour/Corn Starch
  • 1/2 tsp. White or Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 5-6 Chopped Green Chilies
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 Onion diced into small pieces
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Sugar (optional)
  • 4oz Zen All in 1 Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Oil
  • Oil to fry
  • Cilantro or Scallions to garnish

Step 1

To marinate the cut boneless chicken pieces take

1tbsp. All In 1 sauce,

2tbsp. corn flour, salt, pepper, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown and set aside.

Step 2

Drain oil from wok leaving 1 ½ Tbsp. of oil in it, add minced garlic green chilies, diced onions and sauté for few seconds.

Add 4oz of Zen All In 1 sauce. Bring to boil and add sugar (optional)

(Add 1oz of water if necessary or as needed to thin out the sauce consistency at this point)

Add fried chicken pieces to it and toss until sauce entirely coats chicken pieces continue to cook for 1 minute

Serve Chili chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion tops or Cilantro

(Chili chicken goes well with steamed Jasmine rice)

NOTE: You can also substitute the Chicken for Shrimp, Fish, Tofu or Paneer.
